Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Hotel guest rooms will be held at the special conference rates until Friday, May 9, 2025, or until they sell out, and will be based upon availability after this date. Please review the hotel booking site and hotel confirmation email for additional information.
MGM Grand Single Occupancy Rooms: starting at $131.00 per night plus tax over official event dates, depending on availability.
The MGM will also charge a reduced resort fee at $35.00 per night plus tax. The resort fee includes the following:

- Complimentary Access to Fitness Center
- Complimentary Printing of Boarding Passes at the Business Center
Directions and Transportation
The MGM Grand is approximately a 10 minute drive from the Harry Reid International Airport (formerly McCarran International Airport).
Travel by Car
From Harry Reid International Airport to MGM Grand:
Upon exiting Harry Reid International Airport follow the signs onto SWENSON ROAD (northerly direction). Proceed to TROPICANA AVENUE. Turn LEFT onto Tropicana Avenue proceeding for 1 mile. Turn RIGHT onto MGM Grand Drive and proceed to hotel porte cochere.
Travel by Air
The MGM Grand is accessible via a direct flight from most major US cities into the nearby Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). From there, grab an
airport shuttle (approximately $30 round-trip per person), a taxi (approximately $19 one-way), or a
rideshare service to the hotel. If you're renting a car, view the
